Downtown Mixed Use

In each Jersey downtown there are 100+ year old buildings, some with the bones to restore, rebuild and replicate. With new mechanical, some buildings then have a chance for a new life. In this project, we gutted the interiors to build new code compliant apartments and ground floor commercial uses. Maintenance free materials adds even more the new life of an old building.
