Bolger Community Center

An adaptive reuse of an old barn reinvents itself as a sustainable community building while preserving a landmark. The LEED GOLD design includes thermal cooling/heating, rainwater retention and use of recycled materials and finishes. The ground floor Volunteer Ambulance Squad is subsidized by a second floor catering hall, which is win win for the community.
